GUSTAVO PACE ESTEFEN (Playwright/Performer) is from Rio de Janeiro, Brazil. He graduated in Law at the Pontifical Catholic University of Rio de Janeiro (PUC-Rio). He attended the Arts School of Laranjeiras (CAL), Rio, with an emphasis on Acting. He also attended two years of conservatory training at the American Musical and Dramatic Academy (AMDA) in New York and graduated with a Master of Fine Arts in Acting from The American Repertory Theater (A.R.T.) at Harvard University. He was awarded a Fulbright Scholarship for Theater/Acting.  

Gustavo is a recipient of the Portuguese-Brazilian Award at Lincoln Center for Achievement in Theater, Film and Television (2015). He is an award-winning actor that received the Brazilian International Press Award in 2013 for his achievement in Theater in the USA. He was recently nominated as Best Actor for the 2015 and 2016 editions.
